The 12-Hour AFCH training class provides comprehensive training of Florida Statutes that regulate the necessary requirements to receive and maintain a Florida Adult Family Care Home license. Participants are not permitted to bring family members, children, pets or other unregistered participants to the class with you. They will not be permitted. *** No exceptions will be made. ***

Cancellation Policy

::PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of online training and course preparation, no refunds will be issued for completed certification trainings or for participants who fail to attend a scheduled training. -CANCELLATION POLICY- Due to limited class capacity, enrollment in the course secures a reserved seat in the training program. This reservation removes the seat from general availability and may restrict the ability to offer that space to other participants. A $150 cancellation fee or no refund policy is applied to reflect administrative processing, course preparation, and the allocation of a reserved training seat. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The date and time stamp of the email will serve as verification of when the request was received. Cancellations made more than 10 calendar days prior to the initial class date: A $150 cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration payment and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made  within 10 calendar days of the initial class date: No refunds will be issued. Missed Training: Participants who fail to attend a scheduled training without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. A one-time transfer within 90 days will be applied. -SUBSTITUTIONS- A substitution can be made up to 3 days prior to the class date. Only the person who physically attends class will receive certification. The substitute must provide their name and contact information no later than 3 days prior to the class date or they will not be permitted to attend the class. -REFUND METHOD- Any refund due will be issued using the same method of payment originally used for -No Refunds; No Proration of Extended Services- The Select and Deluxe packages offered by FL AFCH Training include bundled educational and extended consulting services made available to the participant for the duration of the applicable service period. Participant acknowledges and agrees that access to such services constitutes full availability of the services, regardless of the extent to which the Participant elects to utilize them. To allow for the best training experience: no children, pets, friends nor family members are allowed to come to the training sessions. Only registered participants will be permitted.
